# Read a raster index or tile

> Only public demo data. Cells are top-down row-major: cells[row * width + col]. NULL is preserved. Affine [a,b,c,d,e,f] maps pixel centers to x=a*(col+.5)+b*(row+.5)+c and y=d*(col+.5)+e*(row+.5)+f.
